#22 Slow but Steady process

If there is one lesson I have learned since practicing playing the piano, to improve playing skills effectively, practicing steadily is more important than the amount of practice itself. For example, practicing it for 10 minutes a day for a week is more significantly efficient than practicing it for 70 minutes a week. Why is that? Because our body needs to digest it. After you are trained or drill on something you are not accustomed to, your body needs some amount of time to remember it(mostly at the night while you are sleeping), and the neuron cells reinforce themselves to adjust your muscles to do it more efficiently or naturally at the next time you try it. That’s the process of how your skills are improved.
